Anyone who enjoys outdoor recreation will find plenty to keep them occupied at Flatwoods Wilderness Park located in the New Tampa neighborhood. Restrooms are located at the entrance off of Bruce B Downs Boulevard and the Flatwoods Visitor Center features picnic tables, cold beverages, water, and restrooms. The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset and dogs are permitted as long as they are on a leash.
